DHS Accredited Immigration DNA Testing Guidelines
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires that DNA
testing be performed by an AABB accredited laboratory. DNA testing
for immigration can be used as secondary evidence of relationships
for family-based immigration cases.
Boston Paternity's reference laboratory is authorized by DHS to
perform DNA testing services. DNA testing is the most definitive
way of proving biological relationships.
