Boston Paternity has experience using the most advanced DNA testing methods to prove or disprove infidelity. First, we utilize a semen detection method to determine whether the presence of semen or vaginal fluid exists on an article of clothing or piece of furniture. If semen or vaginal fluid exists, our lab technicians run a semen analysis. The analysis will generate a DNA profile from the sample. After that, we can compare the DNA profile to a comparison sample (e.g. swab sample). We can test whether the fluid contained on the sample belongs to a particular person.

Example: You send Boston Paternity a pair of underwear. We run a semen detection which comes up positive. We then request a comparison sample (cheek swab) and match the sample's profile against the swab. The results come back that the semen on the underwear is not yours. You have discovered a hard truth, and saved yourself from further hurt.
Example: You suspect the semen on the underwear to be your friend's. You can submit a non-standard sample from your friend (drinking cup, toothbrush), and we will determine if the DNA profiles are a match.

Recent studies reveal that 50% of married women and 55% of married men engage in extramarital sex at some time during their relationship. (Atwood & Schwartz, 2002 - Journal of Couple & Relationship Therapy)
75% of men and 65% of women admit to having sex with people they work with.
86% of men and 81% of women admit they routinely flirt with the opposite sex.
The fact is that human beings are NOT monogamous by nature. That means they cheat.
